David joins Emerson Audit & Consulting in 2018 and brings his experience in finance transformation project and performance management.
He assists financial managers in the major challenges of digital transformation: redesigning reporting and forecasting cycles, changing processes and organizations, designing and implementing dashboards, deploying ERP and decision-making tools.
He brings his skills in sectors such as energy (Akuo Energy, Eranove), bank (Crédit Immobilier de France), insurance (BNPP Cardif), agricultural cooperatives (InVivo).
