Our back-to-school breakfast took place in our offices on Thursday September 11: an opportunity for us all to decipher the electronic invoicing reform and its impact on company processes and systems. Moving from a constraint to an opportunity: our speakers and customers shared their vision and feedback on how to tackle the reform.
Our speakers :
- Audrey Willot, Director of Finance Transformation at Eurotunnel, took advantage of the postponement of the reform to continue her project, which started in 2023, and to further develop the framing and structuring of these processes and IS in the face of the complexity of the reform. Mobilizing resources was also a critical issue in this scoping phase;
- Marie-Isabelle Gruson, Director of Transformation, and Sibylle Canonica, PMO of the Aparthotels Adagio group, also stressed the strong dependency on the evolution of O2C and P2P applications, and the need to involve all stakeholders in such a cross-functional project (Tax, Finance, Business and IS).
