2026 Seminar!
Our teams traded in their planners and computers for a real trip back in time, right into the heart of the medieval town of Provins!
Centered on the theme “Legends & Beliefs, ” the seminar provided an opportunity to bring to life and share what unites us. Value isn’t simply given—it’s CrEEE: Creativity, Commitment, Listening, and Enthusiasm. These four values define us, drive us, and give meaning to the way we work, support our clients, and build the firm’s future together.
At our firm, we believe that creativity fuels innovation, that listening builds rapport, and that enthusiasm provides the energy needed to bring about lasting change in organizations. Through team workshops, everyone was invited to reflect on how to embody these values in their daily work and to ensure they remain an integral part of our collective culture. Then, it was time to set out on the quest for the Templars’ Treasure!🗝️
Puzzles, challenges, and an exploration of the old town put the teamwork of our knights-for-a-day to the test, before we wrapped up the afternoon with the extraordinary performance by the Eagles of the Ramparts. As night fell, our teams gathered for the Troubadours’ Banquet in a 12th-century vaulted cellar. Costumes, long tables, and minstrels transported everyone back to the atmosphere of feasts of yesteryear… before giving way to a dance party!
On Sunday, everyone had the chance to continue exploring the many treasures of the medieval city: a visit to the Rose Garden, Caesar’s Tower, the Underground Passages, and the Tithe Barn, as well as a chance to sample local flavors. It was a timeless escape that, above all, provided a wonderful opportunity to strengthen our bond, create new memories, and collectively celebrate what defines us.
It was a great journey. Now it's time for our teams to get back to work as the new school year begins! ⚔️
