Support for the switchover to SAP S/4 HANA ERP

The mission is part of a global project to transform the finance function within an international group. The main objective is to deploy the GSI tool, based on the SAP S/4HANA ERP, in the various subsidiaries spread over 30 countries. This transformation aims to standardize and modernize financial and accounting processes, notably by integrating IFRS 16 standards for the balance sheet and income statement. The mission also aims to support users and IT teams in this transition, to ensure smooth and efficient adoption of the new environment.

The approach begins with the organization of the transformation project and the development of a structured deployment plan. It includes full documentation and knowledge transfer on the new SAP S/4HANA tool, covering the FI financial, CO management control and PC calculation management modules, as well as complementary tools such as CONCUR and BW. The consultant supports financial users in their adoption of the new group processes defined and in mastering SAP functionalities. Assistance is also provided to IT teams in defining and securing user access to the various modules.
