Cloud ERP deployment for a fast-growing SME
Background and objectives mission
A fast-growing SME in the e-commerce sector (+60% per year) was still managing its invoicing and cash flow on Excel. It was experiencing invoicing errors, forgotten supplier payments and an incomplete view of its margins. The objective was to implement a SaaS ERP system structuring all financial flows (sales, purchasing, banking), while ensuring interoperability with logistics tools.

After an audit of requirements and a consultation of editors, we selected a cloud ERP adapted to the customer's size and sector. The configuration was business-oriented: product nomenclature, discount automation and e-shop integration. A deployment schedule for each module (purchasing, sales, banking) was validated. The ramp-up was gradual, accompanied by targeted training. Automatic reports were generated in a tool connected to the ERP to monitor net margins and profitability by channel.
