Background and objectives mission

Against a backdrop of rapid organizational change, our customer identified the need to modernize its corporate finance information system. The main objective is to provide the Finance Department with an agile tool capable of effectively supporting key performance management processes, such as statutory consolidation, the production of management reports and indicators, and the preparation of financial plans, budgets and forecasts. The project also aims to strengthen cash-flow management and ensure that the system is better adapted to the Group's future needs, while ensuring the consistency and reliability of financial data across the organization.

approach adopted

The assignment began with an in-depth scoping phase carried out in close collaboration with the Finance Department teams. This approach enabled us to gather a global and shared vision of the expectations of the various stakeholders, covering the areas of consolidation, controlling and treasury. The analysis of existing processes and functional requirements led to the validation of a clear target, in terms of both organizational and application aspects. Finally, a detailed roadmap was drawn up, including the project organization, the schedule for the various stages and the budget estimate, in order to guarantee a controlled implementation in line with the Group's strategic objectives.
