Background and objectives mission

Against a backdrop of widespread electronic invoicing imposed by the European Commission, our customer decided to implement SAP's SRM module to modernize its Procure to Pay process. The aim was to improve supplier management, invoice traceability and regulatory compliance. Faced with this digital transformation, employees need personalized support to fully adopt this new tool. The aim of the assignment was therefore to facilitate the transition, ensure rapid appropriation by users, and facilitate adoption of the module within teams.

To meet these needs, a project management assistance system was set up, focusing on user support. The approach was based on the animation of a community of key users, in order to create a network of internal experts capable of relaying best practices. At the same time, a help desk was set up to deal with any incidents or difficulties encountered. Dedicated training courses were organized to answer users' specific questions. Finally, comprehensive documentation was drawn up and a backlog of supplier creation requests was adopted to ensure rigorous follow-up.
