Background and objectives mission
As part of a management-led digital transformation project, the company decided to adopt a common Core Model based on SAP S/4HANA in order to standardize its financial processes. This transition requires enhanced operational support, particularly during the end-user training and user acceptance testing (UAT) phases. The main objective of the assignment is to provide effective support to facilitate the ramp-up of teams' skills, guarantee the quality of deliverables and ensure the smooth adoption of the new system. It also involves maintaining the overall coherence of the project and ensuring fluid communication between the various stakeholders.

To meet the needs of the project, the mission was structured around a dual role of technical and linguistic expertise. The approach consisted of methodically supporting the application acceptance phases, by planning and executing tests, and identifying and tracking anomalies until they were resolved. At the same time, end-user training sessions were organized to ensure that the new functionalities were taken on board. In addition, rigorous monitoring and constant communication between MOA (project owner), MOE (project manager) and users were ensured to anticipate difficulties, coordinate corrective actions and monitor the satisfaction of all parties.
