Preparing for my interview
1 - Telephone interview
To validate the alignment between the candidate's project and the opportunities at Emerson audit & conseil.
2 - HR interview (video or face-to-face)
- In-depth presentation of the firm (history, training courses, internal life).
- Discussion of the candidate's academic and professional background.
- Discussion focused on the division/job for which the candidate is applying.
3 - Interview with associates/operatives (video or face-to-face)
- Presentation of the firm from a business and operational angle.
- Candidate assessment via a technical challenge and discussion of their vision of the job.
- Sharing of experience by the speakers (missions, development) and open question time.
4 - Taking reference
Gather feedback (written and/or oral) from former managers to validate the candidate's experience and interpersonal skills.

Job description
To strengthen our Accounting and Tax Services division, we are seeking a: Legal Assistant (M/F). Under the supervision of our legal counsel and in collaboration with the accounting teams, you will assist with legal tasks related to monitoring client companies:
- Preparation and follow-up of the annual legal secretariat, particularly in connection with the approval of the annual financial statements
- Preparation and management of administrative and legal formalities related to corporate operations: incorporation, dissolution, transfer of ownership interests, capital increases, changes in management, relocation of the registered office, etc.
- Creating and updating clients' legal files
- Maintenance and updating of electronic records
- Assist in the preparation and follow-up of tax filings related to dividend distributions, in collaboration with the accounting teams
- Conducting documentary and legal research under the supervision of the legal counsel
- Monitoring legal developments and identifying changes that may impact the cases being tracked
- Communication and coordination with teams to ensure legal oversight of client companies
Salary starting at €30,000.
Profile description
Profile required:
- Diligence, organization, and the ability to meet deadlines
- Strong writing skills and the ability to easily research legal information
- Team spirit and the ability to work collaboratively with teams
You benefit from :
- Initial experience at an accounting firm or law firm
- Ideally, a two-year post-secondary degree in law
- Knowledge of the PolyActe software would be a plus
