Preparing for my interview
1 - Telephone interview
To validate the alignment between the candidate's project and the opportunities at Emerson audit & conseil.
2 - HR interview (video or face-to-face)
- In-depth presentation of the firm (history, training courses, internal life).
- Discussion of the candidate's academic and professional background.
- Discussion focused on the division/job for which the candidate is applying.
3 - Interview with associates/operatives (video or face-to-face)
- Presentation of the firm from a business and operational angle.
- Candidate assessment via a technical challenge and discussion of their vision of the job.
- Sharing of experience by the speakers (missions, development) and open question time.
4 - Taking reference
Gather feedback (written and/or oral) from former managers to validate the candidate's experience and interpersonal skills.

Job description
Your main responsibilities will be as follows: 1. Sourcing, qualifying, and managing the talent pool:
- Identification and targeting of interim manager profiles (freelancers)
- Sourcing profiles suited to client challenges
- Making contact and conducting qualification interviews
- Writing interview reports and taking references
- Updating, structuring, and improving the reliability of the profile database
- Engaging and retaining the freelance community
2. Contribution to tenders and commercial proposals:
- Analysis of customer needs and mission contexts
- Identification of the most relevant interim manager profiles
- Assistance in drafting commercial proposals (presentation of profiles, methodology, sales pitch)
- Coordination with partners and Business Developer
3. Communication & marketing of the offer:
- Management of digital communications related to the Interim Management offering
- Updating and creating content (offers, profiles, materials)
- Participation in the organization of events (internal or external)
- Contribution to the visibility and attractiveness of the interim management network
4. Business development & monitoring:
- Identification of commercial targets
- Weekly monitoring of the market, customers, and opportunities
- Support for actions to develop supply
5. Project management & tool support:
- Support for the quality improvement and development of database software
- Participation in cross-functional projects related to structuring and optimizing the Interim Management offering
Profile description
- You have a strong ability to analyze business and organizational issues and know how to assess highly experienced profiles.
- You know how to interact credibly with senior contacts (managers, executives, clients).
- You are comfortable writing and speaking
- You will contribute to drafting commercial proposals and responding to calls for tenders.
- You demonstrate a strong sense of customer service and business acumen.
- Curious, rigorous, and organized, the consultant enjoys fast-paced, dynamic environments and wants to invest in structuring and developing a high-visibility strategic offering.
- You have an appetite for CRM tools/databases.
We are looking for an Interim Management Consultant with 1 to 3 years of experience in consulting, senior recruitment, executive search, or interim management. You will actively contribute to the development and structuring of the Interim Management offering, working on both:
- Sourcing, qualifying, and managing a pool of interim managers
- Responding to calls for tenders and commercial proposals
- Business development, communications, and internal team projects
The position is a pivotal role between talent, business, and delivery, with significant exposure to customer issues.
