Preparing for my interview
1 - Telephone interview
To validate the alignment between the candidate's project and the opportunities at Emerson audit & conseil.
2 - HR interview (video or face-to-face)
- In-depth presentation of the firm (history, training courses, internal life).
- Discussion of the candidate's academic and professional background.
- Discussion focused on the division/job for which the candidate is applying.
3 - Interview with associates/operatives (video or face-to-face)
- Presentation of the firm from a business and operational angle.
- Candidate assessment via a technical challenge and discussion of their vision of the job.
- Sharing of experience by the speakers (missions, development) and open question time.
4 - Taking reference
Gather feedback (written and/or oral) from former managers to validate the candidate's experience and interpersonal skills.

Job description
As part of our growth, we are looking for a Junior Treasury Consultant (M/F). You will have the opportunity to work on one or more of the following assignments in a supporting role:
- Projects supporting the implementation of cash management systems (including Kyriba) and financial risk management systems (cash management, EBICS TS, Swiftnet, financial transactions, financial accounting) for major international corporations
- Cash Management Organization: Internal Controls, Drafting Procedures for Front Office, Back Office, Middle Office, and Accounting Departments
- Management Reporting: Setting Up and Producing Reports to Monitor Treasury Operations
- IFRS reporting, including knowledge of the effectiveness tests associated with hedge accounting
- Risk management (foreign exchange, interest rates, commodities, energy): Understanding the purpose of transactions, knowledge of financial instruments, how markets operate, and quantitative concepts related to the valuation of instruments and risks is a plus
- Cash management: Help implement cash pooling, cash flow forecasting, and an electronic signature solution
As part of a team of experts in treasury operations, you will receive training in our project methodology.
Salary starting at €42,000.
Profile description
- You have a genuine interest in IT tools
- You have a good command of English (written and spoken)
Profile required:
- You have experience in treasury and are about to complete a master's degree
- You have participated in implementation projects or used TMS systems (Kyriba, KTP, Sungard, Titan, Diapason) AND/OR have knowledge of IFRS standards (IAS 32-39/IFRS 9) and French accounting standards governing financial instruments
