Preparing for my interview
1 - Telephone interview
To validate the alignment between the candidate's project and the opportunities at Emerson audit & conseil.
2 - HR interview (video or face-to-face)
- In-depth presentation of the firm (history, training courses, internal life).
- Discussion of the candidate's academic and professional background.
- Discussion focused on the division/job for which the candidate is applying.
3 - Interview with associates/operatives (video or face-to-face)
- Presentation of the firm from a business and operational angle.
- Candidate assessment via a technical challenge and discussion of their vision of the job.
- Sharing of experience by the speakers (missions, development) and open question time.
4 - Taking reference
Gather feedback (written and/or oral) from former managers to validate the candidate's experience and interpersonal skills.

Job description
In direct collaboration with the Business Developers and associates, you will work as a Key Account Manager (M/F) on the following assignments:
- Participation in prospecting, follow-up and implementation of key account referrals
- Analysis of tenders
- Preparation of tender documents:
- Drafting sales proposals
- Writing assignment letters
- Collection of requested documents
- Coordinate response committees (sales, finance, HR, etc.)
- Updating and monitoring the database of consultants' CVs in group format
- Contribution to the definition of future needs in coordination with HR
- Update customer and prospect database
- Coaching consultants for their client presentations
- Contribution to communication initiatives
Profile description
- Excellent writing skills
- The ability to synthesize
Profile required:
- Bac +5 business school
- Significant experience in managing calls for tender, as a sales assistant or in the sales back office, ideally in the consulting and/or finance sector.
