Preparing for my interview

1 - Telephone interview

To validate the alignment between the candidate's project and the opportunities at Emerson audit & conseil.

2 - HR interview (video or face-to-face)

- In-depth presentation of the firm (history, training courses, internal life).
- Discussion of the candidate's academic and professional background.
- Discussion focused on the division/job for which the candidate is applying.

3 - Interview with associates/operatives (video or face-to-face)

- Presentation of the firm from a business and operational angle.
- Candidate assessment via a technical challenge and discussion of their vision of the job.
- Sharing of experience by the speakers (missions, development) and open question time.

4 - Taking reference

Gather feedback (written and/or oral) from former managers to validate the candidate's experience and interpersonal skills.

Job description

To strengthen our support team, we are looking for an Office Manager. You will be responsible for the following tasks:

General services:

  • Responsible for facility management (ordering supplies, badges, business cards, etc.) - this position also involves logistics, including receiving, carrying, and distributing packages and supplies.
  • Ensure good reception conditions for employees, candidates, and customers
  • Always striving to improve the workplace: furniture colors, plants, chairs, computers, accessibility, etc.

Administrative assistance:

  • Monthly reminder to consultants to validate timesheets
  • Drafting engagement letters in collaboration with the administrative and financial assistant
  • Monthly billing assistance
  • Anticipating consultant workload plans
  • Preparation of administrative documents (customer reminders and purchase orders, formal notices, etc.)

Secretariat:

  • Management of the firm's switchboard
  • Management of incoming and outgoing mail (mail collection, distribution, postage, etc.)
  • Meeting room schedule management - Courier management and planning
  • Document classification

External communication:

  • Direct relationship with employees
  • Organizing team-building events (sports, corporate events, after-work gatherings, seminars, etc.), training sessions, and ensuring a positive social climate within the company, in particular by encouraging everyone to participate and motivating employees to invest themselves in the firm.

  • You have strong communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and a strong sense of customer service.
  • You know how to take notes, have excellent spelling skills, and are proficient in computer tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Hard Skills

With a two- or three-year degree in management/communication, you ideally have some initial experience in a similar environment.
