Preparing for my interview
1 - Telephone interview
To validate the alignment between the candidate's project and the opportunities at Emerson audit & conseil.
2 - HR interview (video or face-to-face)
- In-depth presentation of the firm (history, training courses, internal life).
- Discussion of the candidate's academic and professional background.
- Discussion focused on the division/job for which the candidate is applying.
3 - Interview with associates/operatives (video or face-to-face)
- Presentation of the firm from a business and operational angle.
- Candidate assessment via a technical challenge and discussion of their vision of the job.
- Sharing of experience by the speakers (missions, development) and open question time.
4 - Taking reference
Gather feedback (written and/or oral) from former managers to validate the candidate's experience and interpersonal skills.

As a Senior Consultant IS Transformation Manager (M/F), you will be looking to put your consulting experience to good use by supporting senior executives in their projects to transform their functions and improve performance management.
