Preparing for my interview
1 - Telephone interview
To validate the alignment between the candidate's project and the opportunities at Emerson audit & conseil.
2 - HR interview (video or face-to-face)
- In-depth presentation of the firm (history, training courses, internal life).
- Discussion of the candidate's academic and professional background.
- Discussion focused on the division/job for which the candidate is applying.
3 - Interview with associates/operatives (video or face-to-face)
- Presentation of the firm from a business and operational angle.
- Candidate assessment via a technical challenge and discussion of their vision of the job.
- Sharing of experience by the speakers (missions, development) and open question time.
4 - Taking reference
Gather feedback (written and/or oral) from former managers to validate the candidate's experience and interpersonal skills.

Job description
Reporting directly to the firm's Recruitment and HR Development Manager and in close contact with our external resources, you will be responsible for managing the interim manager pool and the following tasks:
- Daily sourcing for external resources in finance professions
- Prequalification of candidates and conduct of interviews
- Writing reports and taking references
- Candidate labeling
- Updating the candidate and resource database, in conjunction with Business Developers
- Weekly reporting of new certifications and availability for the firm's partners
- Conduct documentary research on business sectors as well as multiple sources of candidates
- Project management (managing our community of freelancers, organizing events, communication)
Profile description

- Organized, you know how to manage different tasks simultaneously while knowing how to prioritize
- Excellent interpersonal and writing skills
Profile required:
- Training from a leading management school or postgraduate university with an HR specialization
- Initial experience in recruitment, ideally acquired in a recruitment firm for 2 to 5 years
- Knowledge of accounting/finance/auditing professions
You want to develop a global vision of the company and solid know-how in recruiting experienced profiles.
