Preparing for my interview

Telephone interview

To validate the alignment between the candidate's project and the opportunities at Emerson audit & conseil

HR interview (video or face-to-face)

- In-depth presentation of the firm (history, training courses, internal life).
- Discussion of the candidate's academic and professional background.
- Discussion focused on the division/job for which the candidate is applying.

Interviews with associates/operatives (video or face-to-face)

- Presentation of the firm from a business and operational angle.
- Candidate assessment via a technical challenge and discussion of their vision of the job.
- Sharing of experience by the speakers (missions, development) and open question time.

Reference socket

Gather feedback (written and/or oral) from former managers to validate the candidate's experience and interpersonal skills.
